Bit of a late reply I know but Plone buildout already jumped to 2.3.6 which
doesn't have windows binaries and causes it to fail on my machine.  If I
pin to 2.3 it's fine.

The latest version which I can work with on windows is 3.2.   I don't see
why we can't bump it up to that.
