GSOC Proposal (Barceloneta)

Hi, I'm Albert Casado from Barcelona: The Catalan guy with no laptop at the
Cologne Sprint!
I'm mailing you with my proposal for the GSOC
I also spoke with Ramon to approve it.

*GSOC Porposal*
New Plone 5 Theme, responsive mobile, tablet, desktop.

*Summary*
The first goal of the project is to build a really functional Plone 5
"Barceloneta" theme working responsively on mobile, tablet and desktops
using latest technologies. Moreover, the project also consist on a Cordova
mobile App, using the same approach, for managing the site.

*Implementation*
Design and implementation of the required functionalities for the
responsive site with CSS(LESS), HTML5 and JavaScript and a Cordova App that
handles the view and manage on mobile devices. The approach should ensure
the highest usability for the users and a great accessibility dealing with
WCAG guidelines and ARIA roles.

*Skills*
