Interaction with current administrative systems is also an issue for
elearning delivery systems ( and perhaps for all three streams I outlined?).

Most of this work though would be custom to the situation  - I think Zope
offers great advantages in this area because of the wealth of different
database connectors available and the fact that is very much a cross
platform tool being successfully deployed across a wide variety of operating
system platforms.
