How do you notify translators when the canonical document has been edited in LinguaPlone?

I'm using LinguaPlone and I haven't figured out the workflow when the canonical language is modified. How do the translators know they need to update their translations, have those translations approved, and replace the outdated translation after the translation is approved? Thanks!
