   If you edit the toolbar menu with an IceWm editor (Google it) you can 
tell Ice where the icons are...and they'll appear. As far as I know if 
IceWm can find them for the toolbar /and/or menu they'll be used everywhere.

.icewm/winoptions is for other purposes.
