Are you talking about IceMe:
http://iceme.sourceforge.net/

If yes, that application is too old to run on my distro (Linux Mint 12 - 
needs PyGTK1).

Any other info on how to show chromium-browser icon in the taskbar and 
window title would be much appreciated.
