Re: Shortcut to Close Tabs?

This was on my EE wish list for years, but never got that far down the list.  It seems like a basic feature, but AFAIK there is no way to do it except with the Notepads menu command.

But there is one related feature most people probably don't know about.  If you select a tab, then right click on another tab, the second tab will be added to the view.  You can then add additional tabs the same way.

It's a toggle.  So if you right click a tab that has already been added, it will be removed.

It's a very useful feature for some purposes.  I believe it's native but may have been enhanced in EE.

Also, with EE, you can put your tabs on top instead of the bottom.  I prefer them on top, but it's only a style preference, not much of a productivity difference.
