Re: Need assistance with Phonebook view

In the phonebook go to the top and click on VIEW

Go down the list and select FOLDER WINDOW. A window will pop up on the 
left  >> On the left look at the folders under phonebook >>  if the 
folder you are looking for is there go over to any of the columns on the 
right  in the Phonebook and right click on it.  select INSERT A COLUMN 
 >> select EXISTING COLUMN OR FOLDER.  Select the column you are looking 
for highlight it and hit OK. >> If the folder was not there select one 
of the NEW options and create a new folder
