Hey Brian, this is has been bugging me for quite a while now. In regards
to your weather scripts and config from Penumbra, Can you explain why we
have the volatile.rc file?

This is all there is in that file that pertains to weather:
;--- ****NOTE:****
;--- In order to change the locations for which weather data may be
;--- retrieved you will have to create (copy and edit) the settings
files
;--- (.XML, one per location) in the Weather folder. The weather script
is not
;--- an LS module and does *not* have access to these settings. It
merely grabs
;--- information and stores it in a file so that other LS modules (e.g.,
xlabel
;--- and xpopup) can read and display it. Please read the theme help
file for
;--- more info!

;--- Weather settings file (.XML) to use

weatherLocation "Pikesville"
WeatherUpdates "On"

So why can't this be put into the themevars.rc file?

It's something obvious isn't it?

Paul Hale
