True dat, true dat. However I cannot see where volatile is being 
referenced. If I moved the

weatherLocation "Pikesville"
WeatherUpdates "On"

To the themevars, it did not work when I changed the XML file. I was 
tryng to trace back everywhere that volatile was refernced. I think I am 
just to scattered brained ATM to be theme-ing intelligently.
