I'm suggesting that those companies/organisations who consider
themselves "stake-holders" recognise in a tangible way that being
a "stake-holder" is a two-way thing.  It's not about saying that
because your business has some dependency on XFree86 (or whatever)
your opinions should carry more weight than anyone else's.  The
reality is that you get a say in direction through the development
contributions that you make.
