fookb-wmaker missing PropList dictionary

Hello!

System Debian GNU/Linux Sarge
Window Maker version: 0.91.0
fookb-wmaker version: 3.0

I install the fookb-wmaker,
copy the config file:
cp /usr/share/doc/fookb-wmaker/examples/fookb.cf \
~/GNUstep/Defaults/FOOkb
and try to run fookb-wmaker in xterm, but get the following error:

WINGs warning: syntax error in file 
/home/username/GNUstep/Defaults/FOOkb, line 2: missing PropList 
dictionary entry key or unterminated dictionary
Cannot open config file: 
~/GNUstep/Defaults/FOOkb

The FOOkb file is:
{

#       Icon2 = "/usr/share/fookb/2.xpm";
        Icon1 = "/usr/share/fookb/lat.xpm";
        Icon2 = "/usr/share/fookb/rus.xpm";

        IconBoom = "/usr/share/fookb/boom.xpm";
        Sound = "Yes";
        Command = "/usr/bin/play /usr/share/fookb/beep_spring.au";
}

How can I improve the FOOkb config file to avoid this error? Thanks!
