doc app problems

Hi,

I recently installed WM 0.92.0 debian unstable package. Everything works
        fine just that when I modify the doc apps (changing icons,
        adding new apps,
        changing programs to execute, etc.) the changes I made do are
        not saved, so
        when I execute X again the changes are lost, and I get the
        default doc apps.
        I've googled, asked on irc and read the online user guide and
        have not found
        anything that solves my problem. If anyone could tell me what I
        doing (or
        not) wrong I would appreciate it.
