Time zone is a system function and not the resposibility of either a window manager or DE. The timezone is set by either symlinking or copying the appropriate file in /usr/share/zoneinfo to the file /etc/localtime and all programs will display the time correctly unless it is a very old program. For older programs to work, create a directory called /usr/lib/zoneinfo and issue this command: ln -s /etc/localtime /usr/lib/zoneinfo/localtime Here is some more info: http://www.linuxsa.org.au/tips/time.html Charles -- panic("No information about myself?"); linux-2.6.6/arch/mips/sgi-ip27/ip27-timer.c _______________________________________________ INFO: https://windowmaker.org/lists/listinfo/wm-user ARCHIVE: https://windowmaker.org/lists/archive/wm-user/ FAQ: http://windowmaker.org/faq.html
