On what evidence do you base this claim that cyclists are always safer when they follow the vehicle code. The Idaho stop law has been in effect for more than 15 years with no change in cycling related injuries.

Just because you believe something is true doesn't make it true. I'd like to know what studies or frankly any evidence you have to back this claim.
