Re: [Ebbc-Talk] Supportive of bikes: Double fare for bikes in peak hours.

What we really need is one car in every 8-10 car train set up for bikes
with flip down seats along the sides and extra straps.  You would limit
bikes to this car and also give bikes priority in this car.
