I find myself in close agreement with the "Don't bother changing" 
group, and I find that interesting. Are we going along with things, 
or are we in fact resisting a change ? Even Diana, accomplished 
change artist that she is, says she prefers a change but will go 
along with a group decision. (Diana, I have much appreciated your 
comments on the Cutter articles re. XP and culture change.)

I notice that for the time being, one name seems to fit both the 
group and Dale's business quite well. So, a "third way" might be : 
give the group time to find out in what further ways it is different 
from Dale's business, or give Dale's business time to find out in 
what further ways it differs from the group. Then let a new name or 
slogan emerge as a reflection of these differences.
