The last time Peter was at Consultants' Camp, he engaged in almost a daily rant about "Who Moved My Cheese?". I still haven't read the book, but his review and comments have had a strong influence on how I view corporate change management classes. Thanks for great reference to his review! Ronald E. You're far from unique in that. I have a hunch that Peter de Jager feels the same way. Read his review of Who Moved My Cheese?, which he summarizes this way: When management moves the cheese you should not ask questions, you should not resist, certainly don't "think" and don't over analyze... just change, damn it. If you don't? Then you're the problem. Be a good little mouse possessing only a simple rodent brain, and good instincts, and accept the change without question.
