Re: Kindle customer comment from MobileRead forum

No one seems to have pointed out something that struck me right away
about the MobileRead post: He was comparing the original Sony Reader
(the 500, with the last-generation eInk) to the new Kindle that uses
the latest generation of eInk with faster times to turn pages and
higher levels of contrast, and twice the number of levels of gray.

A fairer comparison would have been between Kindle and the Sony 505,
the second-gen of the Sony Reader, which uses the same eInk tech the
Kindle does.

There are of course numerous other advantages/pluses about the Kindle
the post *might* have been referring to.
