Interesting.  I will admit that I am waiting with some suspicion to see 
if books that recvently acheived a rank a listed with a sale (it is 
utterly impossible to have a rnak without going from zero sales to more 
than zero).  This is goign through a publishers so I will give it an 
extra few months but the delay between this happening and any reported 
sales at that venue is getting rather long.
