If a site is primarily selling romance, a warning that a book doesn't have a
happy ending is a necessity, because readers will assume everything is
romance, even if the books are not all romance. Romance is really the only
concern, though. If a publisher is best known for SF/F, you don't need that
sort of warning.

Not true. Many sites take debit cards that have the credit card symbol on
them and PayPal. I have a friend's son that had both of them at 14, because
he had a small business.
