hmmm these labels (like "traditional") are problematic no? Why is Sufi Islam 
so different from traditional islam? Isn't that what wahabbis want us to 
think? Why link antisemitism to tradition? It is old fashioned tribalism .... and 
it has increased since 1948 of course for the obvious reasons. Is traditional 
Islam "folk Islam" or again somethinelse?  If we are looking at "High 
intellectual tradition" I doubt we can find much medieval literature that is hateful 
towards the jews--but please correct me if I am wrong I would like to know.
