you said it afdhere, I quote " many men deal with women the way they feel women want them to" that is the crux of my complaint or warning. Why deal with them at all. Why not just be as you are and have enough confidance and conviction that you will not settle for anyone less then someone who loves you as much as you love yourself. The answer?? many men have not evolved outside of societal expectations to the extent that they know how to love themselves enough to be whatever they are .. sensitive or brutish. Its all good, as long as its a sincere and not a contrived effort. by the way... this goes for woman as well. I was, after all, being just as critical of the man who puts on the show as I was of the woman who overlooks the obvious insecurity inherent in his brave face. we are human, and more attractive and ironically stronger, when we are genuingly weak then when we are artificially strong. Many woman have come to grips with this I think, I just wish men would give themselves permission to do the same. I say time for a masculine movement.
