I think I kinda miscalculated there.  There's 15K lists, and it takes
three seconds to send the unsubscription + subscription message, so even
the first, purely mechanical bit that can run (almost) unattended takes
12 hours.

So I think I'll have to spread this out over several days, and do (say)
3K lists per day or something.  We'll see.

I hope none of the mailing lists servers pegs my MTA as a spammer
because of the volume...
