Not necessarily, only if your OS and/or GUI toolkit supports it. You 
didn't say what platform you're on, where did your version of poEdit 
come from and what version it is, so it is impossible to tell what's 
causing that. It your OS or poEdit build doesn't support Unicode, 
then you're probably out of luck.
