I don't know what you mean by "make compare", but it really looks like 
a problem in OOo tools once again. Whatever tool you use to report 
differences to you, if it reports them in this case, it's either 
broken or unsuitable for the purpose.

It's true that poedit shouldn't modify other parts of the .po file 
than those actually modified, but it's hardly fatal.

It's not "needed", but it's much more readable formatting that putting 
everything on one line.
