If it doesn't crash, then debugging it pretty much requires running
under debugger... Either that or recording the session in VMware
Workstation 6, but I don't suppose you have that. Although maybe some
debug checks in wxWidgets could catch something interesting, I'll build
one for you.

I forgot to ask: does it happen if you disable compilation into .mo
files in preferences?
