Hi all,

Did anyone get a resolution to this? We followed Simon's (Emerald Test Lead) advice but are still getting:

Connection refused by www.emerald.com, please try again later.

...intermittently when routing via EZProxy.

We are navigating to https://www.emerald.com/insight from our starting point URL and our stanzas looks like:

Interface (EZProxy IP address)

Title Emerald (OCLC IncludeFile updated 20190624) URL https://www.emerald.com/insight
HJ https://www.emerald.com
HJ www.emerald.com
DJ emerald.com

Interface (EZProxy IP address)

Title LibLynx (IncludeFile Updated 20190624) URL https://connect.liblynx.com
HJ connect.liblynx.com
DJ liblynx.com

(though we are a hosted EZProxy customer, so rely on customer support for changes)

Hoping someone out there found a fix!

Thanks,
Joe
