Hi Ranti, Same as Laszlo mentioned, we can't decide a right UsageLimit. Our current setting is: UsageLimit -interval=30 -transfers=2000 Global . We monitor the access by these two volumes, but don't enforce the auto block. Our IT has set up an Alert System, an email will be trigged and send to our team if volumes reach, we then have a look at the log to see whether there is any suspicious activity. I have not been able to find a suitable method to limit access by number or volume of downloads. This is due to the highly variable nature of vendor web sites. Usage which would be excessive on one site us normal for another site. Good luck ! And let us know if you find a solution ! Best, Laszlo. Hello, We're looking at reasonable way to utilize UsageLimit. I understand we need to monitor usage before setting the limit. I'm wondering where do you get the sweet number: based on the highest? Average number? Do you put it as global usage limit or do you enforce it selectively? If you have any documentation or conference/workshop presentation that you're willing to share, please feel free.
