Hi Tracey,
Thanks for checking.
It seems to be limited to us.
I am in contact with Springer.
Thanks again!
Ryan

Hi Ryan,

I've tried spot checking a few books and journals via EZProxy and all seems to be OK as far as I can see.

Could the proxy IP/other IP addresses be blocked or not configured correctly in your admin account?

Kind regards,

Tracey

Subject: [EZPROXY-L] No access to Springer resources via the proxy

Hi there,

We seem to be having some major problems with Springer today. We are locked out when trying to view any Springer journal or book titles when logging in via EZ Proxy. We are not getting any "broken proxy" messages, just no access.
Getting access when on campus and not entering the website via EZ Proxy works sometimes.
We are using the latest OCLC version of the Springer stanza, and we have checked with Springer and confirmed that this is correct. We have one extra host but I can't see that causing problems.
Here is the stanza we are using:

Title SpringerLink

Is anyone else having similar issues?
