Thank you very much for all your suggestion, I will try it out one by one and see which one works for us.

Last evening, our vendor has given us a new set of stanza which is so different from the current one which I am using.
Our IT Team has yet to push this new stanza into the staging server so at this point of time, I cannot confirm if it is working.

Just to share here in case someone keen to try (this stanza has not been tested yet):

I’ve set an SPUEdit directive to redirect to federated login (Shibboleth) because I’ve got fed up with trying to keep it working through EZproxy, so I’m not certain about this, but I wonder whether it is now redirecting from http to https and therefore you need to be using

Find //www.portal.euromonitor.com/
Replace //^swww.portal.euromonitor.com^/

instead of

Find //www.portal.euromonitor.com/
Replace //^pwww.portal.euromonitor.com^/

I just tested our site here at Seneca and we are experiencing the same issue with the blank screen after clicking on the upper tabs (.Industries, Economies or Consumers)
I tested without Ezproxy and as expected, the screen loads perfectly..

We had been seeing similar issues with EZproxy so we switched to Shibboleth (or rather PingFederate in our case). The latter broke when the new platform launched recently. We were then advised to go back to EZproxy, but to use an insecure URL https://login.ezproxy.napier.ac.uk/login?url=https://www.portal.euromonitor.com/portal/server.pt (whether you use https or http it goes to http). This worked for about a week. Now we are in the unhappy situation of not having any properly working access (we have a web filter so we don’t even have IP on campus as an option).

Hi all,



Before the Firefox issue can be resolved, now we have another feedback that after selecting any one of the Industries, the screen just appeared without any information. See the picture attached. Anyone has this issue too? I tried on both Chrome and Firefox, I tried Eyewear, Alcoholic Drinks, Beauty and Personal Care, none of them works.
