Al leer en inglés lo que entiendo es:

la instrucción es muy poco eficiente excepto en aquellas 
pocas circunstancias en las cuales es casi superflua.

A mi modo de entender lo que dice es que el "dictar clase" 
es es, una de dos, ineficiente o superfluo. Y no puedo 
dejar de asociar eso con la dicotomía instruccionismo - 
constructivismo. Por lo que pienso que Mr. Feynman lo que 
en realidad hace con esa sentencia es descalificar a los 
sistemas actuales de educación donde predomina "la 
instrucción", también llamados: la escuela.
