Hi all.
A few additional notes to yesterday's message:
1. You'll get warnings about not finding MainDir if you test the memory
key on a machine where ToonTalk had been UN-installed.
2. If you test it on a machine where ToonTalk is installed it won't run
off the key unless you remove or rename toontalk.ini in My
Documents/ToonTalk (and a possible copy of it in the Windows directory).
3. toontalk.read_write.ini has been updated and put on
ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/ -- use it as your toontalk.ini
or alternatively you can just create an empty folder named "Media" under
ToonTalk.
4. tt_ftp.ini should be in the Users folder -- you'll get a warning
about this first time you try to save something to a file. Just copy or
move it from ToonTalk to ToonTalk\Users.
Otherwise seems to work just fine. Next full installer will fix these
problems except I'm not sure that number 2 is a problem.
Best,
-ken
