ToonTalk 3.29(X)

On ftp://weblabs.eu.com/ToonTalk/Releases/ you'll find TT329X.zip and
TT329.zip. Also there is extra_for_3.29.zip which contains a new version
of StartTT.exe (which fixes a bug where you can get the wrong
text-to-speech voice) and the new ttclass2.cab and ttclass2.zip files
which fixes a bug with negative heights and widths in Java applets.

TT 3.29 also fixes other Java applet bugs.
