Reports are MUCH BETTER than Tools

Hi all.

I tried to add a Tool but it gave me no opportunity to say what I wanted
(and to format it). And then I couldn't figure out how to edit it
afterwards. See

In contrast when I made a report about my tool things went very well.
The result is 10X times better than the tools. See

Why do we need both kinds of things?
