Is there a way to to tell semantic to load all "local" semantic cache files
(databases?) that fall under a given directory or project root?  I know you
can call semanticdb-load-system-caches.  What would be splendid is to be
able to call an interactive semanticdb-load-local-cache that prompted you
for the directory with a history list of all your semantic project
directories.  When I close and open emacs I don't want to have to go visit
evey pertinent file to "get the database to become persistent".
