There was a prominent link on all headers and footers on the wiki for
several weeks, now, and nobody protested.  Nobody on #emacs protested.
So I intend to go ahead with the change.  Should anybody protest in
the coming weeks, we'll just treat this as a copyright violation:
We'll remove the offending text and rewrite it.  What do you think?
