I guess it wasn't clear how to poll. Of course you don't tell pollees anything about forgetting. You give them the system as it was explained at the table, and ask what call they choose. If some pass or even say pass is worth considering, there's no evidence of MI. If they all say pass is nuts, you can be pretty sure forgetting was part of the player's consideration, and failing to disclose it was MI. There's also, of course, the question of damage. Even if given proper information, the NOS wouldn't necessarily have gone right.
