I disagree...
The langage you give to the designers should not give
them any more control that what they need.
Else they _will_ start trying to do some low level
things, and more than often they will fail. And you
found yourself debugging _their_ code, just before a
demo...
I once heard a designer telling how his code ( high
level )was optimised (what for ? ), and it scared
me...
