One handy, simple tool is perfmon.exe - set it to monitor the total
number of memory allocated for a single process (your process), and
watch the graph for a gradual increase.

Works best when you can automate your gameplay with some sort of
pre-recorded demo, to catch the cases that don't come up when your
player is simply standing in a meadow or what have you.
