yeah right,

You are asking ppl to shut-up , and dont have oppinions.

Hopefully, you realize the error of your ways, everyone is entitled to =
an oppinion. Or else we might kindly ask you=20
to not epxress your oppinions as well, for we are not interested in =
them.=20

Truth is, OpenGl is butchered slowly. The fact that is still the only =
solution for some platforms doesnt exclude the fact that
the interface is antqiue, ARB is the slowest body on the planet, and =
DirectX 10 is just much more flexible and less clutered
with usless things. If those guys do not awake on time OpenGl have =
every chanche to really get "dead'. Companies like ATI=20
(or whatever they are called nowdays) will =20

Second, Lorenzo, you are not in a position to tell Sylvain he makes =
false assumptions. He again, is entitled to his oppinion on OpenGL =
usefulness or lack thereof,=20
and also entitled to make his personal choiche in using OGL. He is also =
entitled to inform he know that some other developers are not atracted =
to this=20
platform anymore.

  Hi,

This is very sad posts like this gets thru this list.
As you might know OpenGL is still the only solution on lots of =
platforms and is definitively not dead ..

If your platform is DX enabled .. stick to it and don't bother having =
an opinion on OpenGL.
And most of all, please don't make false assertions on the =
'usefulness' of OpenGL witch you can't measure.
