I don't care if someone commits perjury over whether he ate a ham 
sandwhich ... perjury is perjury, be he a janitor, a school teacher, or 
yes, even a President.  If you lie, under oath, you're committing a 
crime.  At that point, it doesn't matter what the invesitgation was about.

In my opinion, that's what the entire Karl Rove-Valerie Phlame 
investigation is about.  Not necessarily who leaked what (because I 
believe it's been proven that she was not undercover and therefore could 
not be "outed") but because someone lied to the grand jury.  I think 
that someone is the reporter for the NYT.  She's not keeping her mouth 
shut to protect a source, in my opinion.  She's keeping her mouth shut 
because she WAS the source (again in my opinion)
