Re: (Cat23's Life, or Lack Thereof)

I have always felt the name was a big problem.  Changing
the name into Dipy_Games would be the place to start.
Then take all the features of Cat23 and place them there.
Then put together a web site [dipy_games.??] explaining the
features and how to use them.  Finally move Cat23
membership over to dipy_games.  Yes Diplomacy_games could
also be used.

The good part of Cat23 was everything seemed automatic, no
human intervention was needed for most of its systems.
