1263 Replacement England Needed

Folks,
  Rich Marie has gone missing. It is now 26 1/2 hours
past the official deadline, and I am exercising my
right as GM to call for a replacement.
  The position is thus:
- Standard Game
- Spring 1911
- Remaining country breakdown is
Austria:   Supp  9 Unit  9
England:   Supp  5 Unit  5
France:    Supp 10 Unit 10
Italy:     Supp  8 Unit  8
Russia:    Supp  2 Unit  2
- Theme of the game is "Old Blood Showdown." As such,
applicant should be a somewhat tenured member of the
Cat23 community, or at least of the hobby in general
(at least try to prove it, though I won't require your
tax returns from the past ten years!)

  As you can see above, England isn't at the top of
the list, but is still in a tenable position.
  First reliable "Old Blood" player to apply will be
given the last adjudication and map, as well as my
house rules.
