The procedure is essentially the same.

1. Prep the various world GIS data sources
2. Generate the airport models.
3. Assemble the scenery.

The only difference for the HGT data is that you want to run hgtchop 
instead of demchop to prep the different data source and convert it to 
the terragear intermediate format.
