Finnish translation update to 2.4

Hi,

I've merged a wonderful huge pile of patches from Markus Linnakangas to
the 2.4 fi.po I fetched from cazfi.net earlier today.
- 6540 translated (+ remaining fuzzies and untranslated).

1) Can someone commit this to 2.4 for me?

This patch corrects errors/awkwardnesses noticed in playtesting in
addition to clearing up some 600 translations that were either fuzzy or
untranslated. The original patch was actually to 2.3 but if I understood
correctly we're not releasing on that any more.

Right now it seems cazfi.net's translations/ gives file not found (I
figure Marko's maybe updating it). If I recall correctly that I haven't
touched 2.5 (my last translation to 2.4 was in 2012, so this sounds
highly likely), this translation should be merged with freeciv.pots of
2.5 and 2.6 and committed to those branches as well.

2) Could someone help me out with propagating this to branches 2.5 and
2.6, overwriting the old translations? Essentially by grabbing the other
branches' freeciv.pot files and doing
msgmerge fi.po.2-4 freeciv.pot.2-5 -o fi.po.2-5
msgmerge fi.po.2-4 freeciv.pot.2-6 -o fi.po.2-6

(If it seems the amount of translations mysteriously goes down as a
result, --compendium=fi.po.2-5 and 2-6 can be added as a parameter to
msgmerge to pick up any translations from 2-5 and 2-6 that have
mysteriously slipped in. ;) It's possible e.g. if someone fixing a typo
in a msgid has unfuzzed the translations en masse.)

I would hope I can do the latter myself once I acquire the necessary
files, but these days my range-until-next-day-I-switch-context-to-this
is so unpredictable I don't want to risk this just falling through until
2.4 is obsoleted. X-)
