 I've just refreshed .po -files at https://files.freeciv.org/translations/
against English original strings, for people who rely on those.
 While we are not in formal string freeze towards 3.0.4 yet, there aren't
any translatable string changes in the queue at the moment, and it's
unlikely that new ones get added any more. The current strings might very
well be final 3.0.4 ones.
