Not a clue what you sent below was.

Okay - I want to do what is stored in a component with
a QUERYID tag of 'XXX' as set by my configureation tool
on my cell phone.

Please show me the VQUERY component that your CUA will send.

Your going to have to (1) fetch XXX, then (2) submit it.
That is 2 round trips.
