As one of the original authors on this long overdue draft, I am totally

I am sorry that I have not been able to keep up with the model draft for

last 2 years and I am not proud of that. So, I am perfectly ok to have

name removed so that new people can be added.

P.S. This shows the problem of having IETF work item taking too long to
complete -- people are moving in and out of a project for their company
much
faster than the IETF pace. While I would love to continue contributing,
the
reality of having a totally different and demanding day job does not
allow
that in reality. Not to give myself and others an excuse, but it is a
hard
reality that we have to acknowledge and deal with it effectively in
IETF. I
am glad Patrick is addressing it now.
