For protocol-08 draft update later

The following is the typoes or errors of the protocol-08 draft I found and accumulated till now. For fear I might forget it, just post it to list now for the active editor of protocol draft update later : 

1: The protocol-08 section 4.3.1.2.1.  Transaction Definition on ACID definition
   obviously missed the 'Durability' item.

2: Section 4.2 the following text duplicated:

   For the FE to properly complete the transition to the DOWN state it
   must stop packet forwarding and that this may affect multiple LFBs.
   How this is achieved is outside the scope of this specification.

3: Figure 10 Header Flags only draws 31bits rather than 32bits. 

4. draft-ietf-forces-protocol-08.txt, page 88,89,90,91: 
                 <specialValue value="0">
                   <name>CEHBPolicy0</name>
                   <synopsis>
                       The CE heartbeat policy 0, refer to

                   </synopsis>

where "xref target" is an xml2rfc error. there are also other same errors in the xml file.
